For Existing Customers​

If you encounter challenges, our support team is here to assist you.

To initiate a new support ticket, follow these steps:

  • Log a support ticket: For our existing customers, navigate to Help from the main menu in Desktop App. Choose Report Issue and provide the required details and Submit to complete the process.

  • Trouble Logging In? If you're encountering issues accessing the app, don't worry. Please reach out to [email protected], and we'll get you back on track!
